Karen Grace, also called Narayana, is a psychic, healer and singer and is the founder of Sacred Life.
Hi. I am a Cancerian, born in 1963, the year of the Rabbit. I really love lettuce. I am a psychic, healer and singer and the founder of Sacred Life. I am sensitive and empathic and have had to learn how to look after myself. I have learned to appreciate and value this sensitivity as an asset. It is part of being creative and helps me to be more in tune with others. Over the past 30 years, along with a successful career as a singer and vocal teacher, I have studied many different forms of awareness techniques & spiritual beliefs & healing techniques, all of which I valued and found a use for in my life. I meditate daily and live a healthy life. My mission is to continue developing my soul and to share what I have learned with other people on the same inward journey.
My training & experience: Dip T (Mus), MMus (voice) Reiki
Master, Shamanic & Intuitive healer, Psychic tarot reader, musician, vocal teacher, BioAcoustics Sound Technician, Yoga teacher, and Aura-Soma Colour Therapist. I have been influenced by many different spiritual paths including Gurdjieff's 4th Way, Buddhism, Chanting, Christ
Consciousness, Christianity, Angels, Meditation and yoga practices.
I love my work. I see clearly that everything is connected. I don't believe there is a 'right' or 'wrong' way to do things, but do
believe there is a 'best way' for you at any given time. When I do my work, I enjoy having a large tool bag to draw from so that I can offer my client the best possible approach for them to
achieve their goals. More about Psychic Tarot
I understand that vibration is what links everything together. I see personal development and healing
as a journey towards balance through raising our vibration. I see sound, colour and consciousness
connected in a tapestry of energies which are clashing or harmonising, depending on what we are doing. I know that life throws us a lot of curve balls, and I also know that life has so much more
to offer than we generally think, and that we are more resilient than we give ourselves credit for. Through keeping our bodies and minds as healthy as possible and regularly feeding our spirit
with higher energies, I believe we can find meaning and hope in this topsy-turvy world. That is my calling, to grow, learn, heal, express and to help others do the same. x
